Return Policy
The customer will have a period of 7 days from your item(s) delivery date to return for a refund, or exchange. For a full refund request to be granted, item(s) must be unused, unworn and in new (re-sellable) condition. Please check your items carefully when they arrive to ensure there is no damage either from the manufacturer or from the shipping process. If the box is broken or damaged, please note this on the delivery slip at the time of delivery if possible. The customer should take a picture of the defective or damaged item and send it to us so we can get a replacement item to you in the meantime. If the damaged item(s) are not sent back to us, the customer will be charged the amount of the item(s) not returned.
Exchange Policy
The customer will have a period of 7 days from the item(s) delivery date to exchange the item for a different size of equal value. For a full refund request to be granted, item(s) must be unused, unworn and in new (re-sellable) condition.
The customer will be responsible for shipping charges related to the return or exchange.
